Welcome to Special Collections

Special Collections is a regional repository for historic documents and records, located on the fourth floor of Ganser Library. Special Collections preserves unique documents and records with enduring research value in four areas: the University Archives, the Manuscript Collection, the Local History and Culture Collection and the Rare Book Collection. The Esther Risser Whitely Reading Room serves as a resource center for local and state history and genealogical research.
