The Helen A. Ganser Library is located on the Northwest corner of North George Street and West Frederick Street in Millersville, PA. The Library building is only readily accessible to vehicular traffic via Ganser Loop (immeidately behind the library) off of West Frederick Street.

All visitors to the University must display a visitor-parking permit. This permit can be picked up at the University Police Department Parking Division during normal business hours. There is no charge for a three-day visitor's permit. Visitors will then be able to park in any white-lined parking space on campus for the duration of the permit.

Handicapped Parking

Handicapped parking has been designated throughout the campus. These areas are marked with Handicapped signs, and are restricted to vehicles occupied by persons who are handicapped and which bear an authorized Handicapped plate or placard.
